材誘導ライン4.4を設け、さらに布巻と右巻の両方向
の線材巻取をおこなうため、布巻ライン5と右巻ライン
6をそれぞれ切換可能とする必要があるので、ポーリン
グ’)−/L’2の近くでは4本の線材誘導ラインが必
要となる。また線材が大いものから紬いものまで広範囲
のものを巻取る場合は、ポーリングリールへの線材注入
角度を変えるため線材誘導ライン4の中間部から上下に
2本の誘導ラインに分岐する必要がちシ、ポーリングリ
ール2の近くでは結局8本の線材誘導ラインが必要と々
る。このため水冷装置7やピンチロール8のほか、図示
しない案内管、ガイドローラ、支柱等の線材誘導ライン
形成部材が多数個必要となり、設備費がかさむとともに
広い設置面積を要し、布巻ライン5と左巻ライン6の切
換えや複雑な誘導ラインの保守にも手間がかかり、また
特に線材は振分装置3のほか各所で分岐に伴う曲げを受
けるため、すシ傷が多く発生し、線材の品質上問題とな
