Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain stable impermeable film, by a method wherein bulky knitted- cloth-formed base knitted with a plurality of loops or end yarns is provided on the face to be covered and on the face fluidized asphalt is sprayed to be solidified. CONSTITUTION:Loops 2 consisting of continuous yarns or end yarns 4 cut off at the tip of loops are provided at least on one face of knitted-cloth-formed base A knitted with continuous yarns. On the construction, the loop side of the base A directed to the ground surface is provided inside of grooves B and is fixed with anchor pins 6. Then, emulsion asphalt solution C is sprayed over the base A or is flowed thereon to be solidified. As the result, the asphalt goes also round the back face through the base A, and strong and effective impermeable film can be formed in a state wherein a cores are pinched between thick asphalt layers.

Conventionally, asphalt waterproof membranes installed on-site in reservoirs and waterways have used thin nonwoven synthetic fibers as the base material. However, in the case of non-woven fabrics, the length of the fibers that make up the fabric is several centimeters at most, and the fibers are intertwined and joined at their contact points using adhesives, heat welding, etc. In this case, it is possible to produce a material with many mutual joint points and a high tensile strength, but it is not possible to produce a product with a coarse grain with many gaps and a large degree of sag. Currently, dense non-woven fabrics are currently being used as the base material. For this reason, when it is blown, the asphalt only covers the surface of the base material and flows, failing to form a thick layer and failing to exhibit a sufficient water-blocking effect. Another drawback is that it does not blend well with the ground because the water-blocking membrane and the covering surface are blocked by the nonwoven fabric.

1. Using a continuous thread (as described in 1), create a roughly lattice pattern (cloth
At the beginning of the QI production process, stretch the thread long in the perpendicular direction to form a large number of loops 2 (first
Figure) 6 Normally, it is also possible to use thick end threads 4 between the warp threads of the base fabric. Such loops or end yarns are placed on the base fabric in a state where they are knitted one by one and integrally. In addition, although it is common that the knope or end yarn is attached to only one side of the base fabric, it is sometimes attached to both sides. For example, the base fabric may be made of A+A, which has a high tensile strength, and the loops may be made of a well-tangled material, or a material with high heat resistance may be used when molten asphalt is used. Further, it is desirable to weave ropes 5 in the longitudinal direction of the knitted fabric at both ends and at appropriate intervals for the purpose of reinforcing the knitted fabric during fixation (FIG. 4).

When constructing, trench B is dug as shown in Figure 5.
A knitted fabric base jfA' is laid on the inner surface of the knitted fabric base jfA' with the loop side facing the ground 7, and fixed using anchor pins 6 at appropriate intervals. Next, emulsified asphalt solution C is sprayed onto base material A from one side.

This invention has the following configuration, and by using a bulky knitted fabric base material with countless voids, asphalt passes through the base material and goes around to the back side, forming a core in the thick layer of asphalt. When the material is sandwiched (Fig. 6), a durable and highly effective water-blocking film can be formed. Furthermore,
Since the asphalt is on the back side of the base material, the water-shielding film blends well with the ground, resulting in a stable water-shielding film.
