Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it feasible to perform automatic wiring of leadwires as well as assembling processes with excellent workability at low cost by a method wherein flanges of bobbins are provided with terminal pin inserting holes, outer leadwire inserting holes and holes communicating with said holes with one another. CONSTITUTION:Flanges of bobbins 1 of windings 2 comprising a transformer are provided with terminal pin inserting holes 11, outer leadwire inserting holes 12 and holes 13 communicating said holes 11, 12 with one another while terminal 9 erected in the holes 11 and outer leadwires 3 inserted into the holes 12 are connected by conductors inserted into the communicating holes 13. The connection between the terminal pins 9 and leadout wires 5 as well as the connection between the outer leadwires 3 and the terminal pins 9 may be automated easily since the outer leadwires 3 are inserted into the holes 12 to be fixed while the outer leadwires 3 are connected to the terminal pins 9 in the specified communicating holes 13. On the other hand, the part numbers to connect the terminal pins 9 to the outer leadwires 3 may be reduced to decrease the numbers of assembling processes cutting down cost.

Problems with the conventional structure In small transformers used in electronic board devices, etc., a pin terminal structure is used for the lead-out terminal portion in order to automate winding and rationalize wiring. However, although the cost of the transformer itself can be reduced by adopting such a bin terminal structure, when it is incorporated into a device, there is a drawback that the degree of freedom in wiring during assembly is restricted. This pattern will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

According to this configuration, the wiring process of the leader wire to the terminal pin (9) can be performed automatically, but since the printed circuit board (l(II) is used, there is a significant disadvantage in terms of price.
Moreover, if an external force is applied to the external lead wire (3), the solder is likely to peel off, and it takes time and effort to connect the external lead wire (3) to the printed circuit board 00, which increases assembly man-hours and improves work efficiency. It is also inferior in terms of

Effects of the Invention As described above, the Kihatsu EA has a hole for inserting a terminal pin, a hole for inserting an external lead wire, and a connection between these two holes in the collar of the bobbin of the winding that constitutes the transformer. A hole is provided, and the terminal pin planted in the terminal pin insertion hole and the external lead wire inserted in the external lead wire insertion hole are connected by a conductor inserted in the communication hole. The external lead wire is inserted into the external lead wire insertion hole and fixed, and since the connection between the external lead wire and the terminal pin is made in a predetermined communication hole, the terminal pin (9: It is easy to automate the connection process of the wire (5) and the connection between the external lead wire (3) and the terminal pin (9), and the number of parts for connecting the terminal pin and external lead wire is small. Therefore, the number of assembly steps is reduced and the cost can be reduced.
