, 3A can be removed, the exchanger can be held at short intervals between both the engaging parts 2C and 3A, and the exchange body can be twisted. The piston rod 6 is made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, has a flange-like finger hook 6A at its upper end, and has a rubber packing section at its lower end that can be inserted into the connected lower pipe 2 and upper pipe 3. 7 is attached, and the piston bar 6 is inserted into the main body 1 from the packing part 7 side, so that the packing part 7 can slide between the mouth part 3C and the bottom part of the main body 1. Therefore, when using the separation tube 10 of this example, place the iron fitting 5A of the injection needle 5 on the attachment part 2A at the bottom of the main body 1, hold down the finger hook part 6A of the piston rod 6, and hold the packing part 7. is located at the bottom of main body 1.

The amount of blood to be collected is, serum E is required, and when the blood is separated, the amount of serum E layer remaining in the upper part of the lower tube 2, that is, the amount of blood and K is in the lower tube 2 at the bottom. The amount of injection is determined. Next, after the liquid separation tube 10 is erected with the injection needle 5 facing upward, the injection needle 5 is removed, and a rubber cap 8 is attached to the mounting portion 2A.

Note that it is desirable to adhere a cap (not shown) to the mouth portion 3C of the main body 1. Then, the main body 1 is placed in a centrifuge (not shown) to separate the blood KE in the separating tube 10 into a plate K and blood E. After that, the engaging portions 2C and 3A of the lower tube 2 and the upper tube 3 are separated, a small interval HI is maintained between the engaging portions 2C and 3A of both tube bodies (see Fig. 6), and the exchange bodies are each reversed. After turning and twisting the elastic membrane 4 in the direction to inflate the center part of the elastic membrane 4 so as to cover the opposing ends of both tubes and forming a twisted part 4A (see Fig. 7), both tubes are brought close to each other again and both tubes are closed. The engaging portions 2C and 3A are engaged. Note that since the engagement is performed with the elastic membrane 4 expanded into a thin layer interposed therebetween, the lower tube 2 and the upper tube 3 are held in series by this engagement.

An appropriate inner diameter and length of the separation tube 10 are adopted depending on the blood volume used.

This device is suitable for separating the upper or lower layer into two layers: organic solvent and organic solvent, and the injection needle attached to the main body can be omitted when collecting the mixed liquid from the liquid tank into the separating tube. , It is possible to pour liquid directly from the pongee pipe at the attachment part of the lower pipe.
In addition, in this example, the engaging parts 2C and 3A are provided at the opposing ends of the lower pipe 2 and the upper pipe 3 so that the exchange can be engaged and held in series. In the case of separating the two layers by using the above method, the engaging means between the lower tube 2 and the upper tube 3 can be omitted.

が行ない易い特長を有するものである。As explained above, the liquid separation tube of the present invention is a syringe comprising a tube body through which a liquid can flow and has a mounting portion for a syringe needle, and a piston rod inserted into the tube body and sucking and discharging the liquid. The body is divided into an upper part and a lower part, both divided pipes are arranged in series, and an annular elastic membrane of a predetermined width is attached to the side circumferential surface of the opposite end of the exchanger. As a result, the intended objectives of the present invention are certainly achieved.
In other words, since the liquid separation tube of the present invention is of a syringe type, a syringe needle can be attached to the thin tube-shaped attachment part at the bottom of the main body, and the liquid can be detected through the syringe needle or directly from the attached tube without attaching a syringe needle. liquid is possible. In addition, in the present invention, the liquid collected in the main body can be separated into upper and lower layers in the separation tube, and after separation, the upper layer is made of elastic material that expands inside the tube by twisting both tubes by rotating them in opposite directions. It is convenient that the container is divided by a membrane, and the upper layer on the divided membrane can be easily transferred to another container. In particular, the present invention has the advantage that the liquid collection, separation of the two layers of the sampled liquid, and separation of the separated upper layer can be performed using one separation tube, so the number of instruments used is small and the liquid separation operation is easy to perform. It has the following.
