Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve an outer appearance and a safety transportation of the titled device or the like by a method wherein both a door hinge and a door stopper are arranged inside of the device at a door for the titled device. CONSTITUTION:A hinge pin 18 and a stopper pin 19 are attached to a hinged plate 17 fixed to a base plate of a main body, the hinge pin 18 is fitted into a hinge insertion hole 14 made at the lower surface of a door 7 so as to provide a fulcrum point in case of opening or closing the door 7. The stopper pin 19 is fitted to an arcuate stopper pin insertion hole 15, slid in the insertion hole 15 as the door is opened or closed to provide a function of stopper at the end of opening or closing. With this arrangement, no projection is provided and its safety can be improved.

するとともにドア一端面はできるだけシンプルな構造に
し生産性の向上を図ることを目的としている。

り、高周波加熱装置のドアーの下面は凸部及び端面がな
く、外観的にも向上でき又高周波加熱装置を持ち運ぶ時
にも安全であるという効果を有るとともに、ドアーの構
造がシンプルであるため寸法精度がよいため電波漏洩に
対し不良が少なく生産性の向上を図ることかできる。

電波シール面とヒンジピンとの寸法精度がよいため、電
波漏洩の不良が少なく生産性を向上することも可能であ
る。
