Conventionally, cushion bodies are made of foamed polyurethane resin and molded into a predetermined shape, and in order to improve the surface feel, a hard foam is used as an upper layer to improve the surface feel.
In addition, a foam body with high hardness was laminated on the bottom layer. However, as is clear from the load-deflection characteristic diagram shown in Figure 1, Kotobuki has found that when the load increases, the resistance elasticity of such a cushion body increases rapidly compared to cushion B, which uses all springs in the cushioning material. As the number of seats decreased, the thickness of the castle became smaller, and the so-called "bottoming out" phenomenon occurred, making it uncomfortable to sit on. In addition, since the amount of deflection is large, when used in a car seat, the seated person's body is poorly held, causing fatigue during long drives.

In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the cushion body made of such a laminated foam body, the present invention has been developed by placing a foam body with high hardness with a small amount of deflection on the upper layer, and replacing the entire foam body with a low hardness due to the combined force of the amount of deflection. To provide a cushion body which is laminated on a lower layer and eliminates the phenomenon of bottoming out.

FIG. 2 shows an example in which the cushion body of the present invention is molded into an automobile seat, in which a soil layer foam body 2 is laminated on a lower layer foam body 1 soil. This lower layer foam body 1 is molded from a soft foam body with low hardness, -10,000,
The soil layer foam body 2 is formed by a hard foam body with high hardness. Further, both sides of the upper foam body 2 are raised upward to form traps to hold the seated person's buttocks and back from both sides, and slits 3.3 are cut from below the lower portions of both sides. A seat frame is inserted into the slit 3°3, and the cushion body is attached to the frame. In this case, the upper foam body 2
0 It is preferable that the thickness a of the seating part is set within the range of 20 to 60% of the total thickness of the lower foam body IC thickness abt - 10% or less, the upper layer foam body 2 has a large hardness. It is easy to bend, and if it is 80 inches or more, the hardness of the upper layer foam body becomes the mainstream, and the cushioning property decreases. Also, the difference in hardness between the upper layer foam body 2 and the lower layer foam body 1 is 4~
A range of 35'Ks is preferable from the viewpoint of cushioning properties.

Table 1 Next, Figure 3 shows the back load-deflection characteristic diagram, and C
is a cushion body of the present invention, D is a conventional laminated cushion body, E is a cushion body using a spring as a cushioning material, and the cushion body C of the present invention is a cushion body E using a spring and a conventional cushion body. Compared to 50.90, the difference in deflection between 9 loads is large, and no bottoming out phenomenon occurs.

In addition, although the above-mentioned example is a case where it is molded into an automobile seat, the present invention is not limited to this, and can also be applied to furniture chairs such as reception sets, pinerests, and the like.

As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cushion body that is free from the bottoming out phenomenon, has improved cushioning properties, and also has improved hold properties. Furthermore, since the total thickness can be reduced compared to conventional products exhibiting the same performance, there is an effect that the mold portion can also be reduced.
