理を用いて判定信号を出力する多数決論理回路と、上記
判定信号に基づいて上記複数の分周信号を逐次近似的に
上記複数の受信信号に近づけていく逐次近似手段と、該
逐次近似手段の出力を受は上記複数信号発生回路に同期
信号と分周信号を出力する変換回路とを具備したことを
