Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the use of a traveling type deposited sand raking-up machine in sand basin with reinforcing beams by a method in which an endless raking chain attached with many buckets is run along plural arms and raking frames connected to a truck provided to a traveling base in a regulatively bending manner. CONSTITUTION:A traveling base 5 attached with a truck 10 is moved to the raking point of deposited sand, expandible parts 15, 16, and 19 are extended, and raking frames 17 are lowered from an opening 3 to the bottom of a sand basin 1. A motor 20 is operated, and a follow roller 23 and prime move roller 20 through a drive chain 22 are turned by a drive roller 21 to cause an endless raking chain 22 to run to the direction of arrow through guide rollers 27-31. Deposited sand is raked by the buckets 25 attached to the chain 22 during the period when the buckets 25 pass through the guide rollers 29 and 28, and the sand is dropped into a hopper 32 by changing the direction of the buckets during the passage of the raking roller 26 and discharged through a discharge trough 33 and a conveyer 34 to the outside.

Conventionally, in this type of sand-sludge lifter, a packet conveyor is swingably mounted on a traveling truck, and the work is carried out by raising and lowering the packet conveyor 17 for each sand-settling basin. In recent years, in order to increase the size of the settling basin and to strengthen the side walls of the settling basin, cross-beams have been installed in various places, so the top surface of the settling basin is separated by beams. It has become difficult to raise and lower the packet conveyor, making it impossible to use the packet conveyor-type sand scraper, and it has become necessary to develop a new sand scraper.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and is a novel sand settling basin that can be efficiently and easily used even in a sand settling basin whose upper surface is partitioned by reinforcing beams, and which has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. The purpose is to provide a raking machine.

On the lower side of the truck 10, the upper ends of a plurality of arm members connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the sand settling basin 1 so as to be able to freely adjust the bending angle are arranged at an angle 11JWIF.
The J section can be freely attached. That is, on the lower side of the truck 10, there are shafts 11 whose ends extend in the transverse direction of the sand settling basin 1.
An upper arm member 12 and a lower arm member 13 are pivotally connected to each other by a shaft 14 that extends the upper end of the upper arm member 12 in the transverse direction of the settling basin 1. The upper arm member 12 is tilted about the shaft 14 by extending and contracting the extendable member 15, which is hydraulically operated or the like. Additionally, a hydraulically-operated telescopic member 16 is installed between each intermediate portion of the upper arm 12 and the lower arm member 13, and by expanding and contracting the telescopic member 16, the upper arm member 12 and the lower arm member 13 are pivoted. The rotation can be adjusted relatively around 11. Further, at the lower end of the lower arm member 13, the upper end of the scraping frame 17, which has a protrusion 17a extending in the longitudinal direction of the sand settling basin 1 at its lower part, is connected to the shaft 1B extending in the transverse direction of the sand settling basin 1. In addition to being pivotally connected, a telescopic member 19 such as an oil E type is also installed between the lower arm member 13 and the scraping frame body 17,
By the expansion and contraction operation, the lower arm member 13 and the scraping frame 17 are adjusted to rotate relative to each other about the shaft 18.

Next, to explain the operation of the above-mentioned sand settling and scraping machine of the present invention, during normal use for scraping up settled sand, each telescoping member 15°16. The frame body 17 is lowered from the opening 3 to the bottom of the settling basin l. When the motor 20 is activated, the driven roller 23 is rotated by the drive roller 21 via the drive chain 22, thereby the driving roller 26 is rotated, and the endless scraping chain 25 is rotated by the guide rollers 27° 2B, 29. .30
.. A large number of packets 25 attached to a chain 25 pass through the guide roller 2 and travel around as shown by the arrow in FIG.
While passing through the guide roller 2B from 9, it scrapes off the sediment at the bottom of the settling basin and rises, and when it passes the driving roller 260, the direction changes and the scraped sediment is transferred to a hopper provided below the driving roller 26. 32, placed on a conveyor 34 through a discharge gutter 33, and transferred and discharged outside the machine as appropriate. The illustration of the hopper 32 is omitted in Fig. 2. The trolley 10 is moved back and forth within the length of the opening 3 to scrape up sand and the like at the bottom of the opening 3.

When the work of raising the bottom of the opening 3 is completed, as shown by the chain lines in FIG. The lower arm member 13 and the scraping frame 17 are alternately tilted and bent, the scraping frame 17 is pulled up onto the sand settling basin 1, the cart 10 is moved, and the scraping frame 17 is moved to the next opening 3.
Then, the above-mentioned operation is repeated by moving each telescopic member 15, 16, and 19 upward. In this way, when the scraping work in one settling basin 1 is completed, the scraping frame 1
7 is pulled up, the traveling frame 5 is moved to the next sand settling basin 1, and the above-mentioned operation is repeated.

As explained above, the present invention connects a plurality of arms so as to be adjustable in bending and refraction, and a scraping frame is pivotally attached to the lower end of the arms so as to be adjustable in tilt. , an endless scraping chain equipped with a large number of packets was wound around it so that it could travel freely, so even when working on a settling basin where the top surface is divided into several sections by intervening cross beams, the openings between each cross beam can be easily removed. It has many excellent effects, such as being able to easily and freely take out and take out the raking blade part to carry out sediment raking work at a higher rate.
