    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ディスクを挾んで配置された対をなす摩擦パッド
    の裏金のうち、少なくとも一方の裏金を、その裏金の剛
    性がディスクの周回り方向において異なるように構成し
    たことを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。
  2. （２）前記中なくとも一方の裏金の厚さをディスクの周
    回り方向において異なるように構成したことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載のディスク
    ブレーキ。
