In recent years, with the advancement of optical fiber cables, it has become possible to consider using fiber optic cables for communications and information systems.1 National railways and private railways also use them in train monitoring circuits to detect failures and normal operation of connected vehicles. It has become possible to monitor judgments and other information using a monitor television or the like to perform appropriate control. Furthermore, control using ordinary electric signals has the disadvantage that as the types of control electric signals increase, it is more susceptible to the influence of external noise and is more likely to malfunction. On the other hand, if optical fiber cable connectors are used for optical communication, thousands of lines can be used for different control signals, and they can be stored in a small space, and unlike electrical signals, they are not affected by noise. It was found that it is very useful as it is difficult to receive.

Taking these points into consideration, the inventor of the present invention has made it possible to connect the contacts of an optical circuit with one touch by attaching an optical fiber cable connector to a part of which a large number of electrical contacts are arranged. In addition, in order to facilitate assembly, the block is divided into a block containing electrical contacts and a block containing connectors for optical fiber cables. The guide pin and guide pin receiver provided on one pair of connector mounting bases are used to enable one-action connection of the stopper and stopper, making it possible to connect with high precision to rough housings. It is something to do.

5b is provided to protrude. Next, regarding the inspection of the electrical coupler, it is similarly provided corresponding to the stopper side, and electrical contact blocks 18', 1bSI Q', 1bSI Q', and
1d' and the optical fiber cable connector block 1p' in the center of Fig. 4a are considered to be the electrical contact block IB' for inspection, if you think of it as the inspection of the electrical coupler.
, 11)', 1 c', and 1 d' are four long and thin blocks arranged side by side, two on the top and two on the top.
’ is embedded. Also, in the center block 1p' there is a frame 4 of a 4-core optical fiber cable connector.
' are attached, and furthermore, guide pin receivers 5a' and 5b' are provided obliquely above and below near both ends thereof. These plug holder and inspection blocks are arranged so that the electrical contact block and the optical fiber cable connector block are arranged so that their surfaces are uniform. 2 and 2' are screwed and fixed, and one main body mounting frame 2 is fitted into the other main body mounting frame 2' so that the surfaces of both blocks are aligned and are integrated. Also, electrical contacts 5 and 5 on the stopper side and inspection
′ shown in the side views of Fig. 1 and Fig. 5 have a structure in which they butt each other, and the butt contact conductor portion 5 generates butt contact pressure with the mating contact portion 5 ′ for connection of an electric circuit. Although it includes coil springs as appropriate,
Since the structure of the electrical contact itself is already known, detailed explanation will be omitted here. In addition, the optical fiber cable connectors 4゜4' on the plug receiving side and the inspection side are butted against each other as seen in the side views of Figures 2 and 4, and the optical fiber cable connectors 4゜4' for optical fiber cables for inspection are butted against each other. A spring or the like is included to generate a butt force in order to make the butt match stably. Fifth

' is the optical fiber cable connector bin 4b, 4b'f
When the connector pins 4a and 4B' for the optical fiber cable are integrated with the plug holder side of the electrical coupler using the l spring,
The end surfaces of the two are firmly abutted together by the force of the springs 4b and 4b', thereby minimizing the loss of transmitted optical energy.
