    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却水および潤滑油が、厚み方向に配列された多数の仕
    切板を介して熱交換するオイルクーラにおいて、前記仕
    切板の外周部にあって、一端を仕切板の厚み方向−側部
    に形成された潤滑油の供給側経路に連通ずるとともに、
    他端を仕切板の厚み方向他側部に形成された潤滑油の吐
    出側経路に流通するバイパス流路を設け、このバイパス
    流路内にバイパスバルブ機構を配設したことを特徴とす
    るバイパスバルブ付オイルクーラ。
