Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the radiation loss during the circulation of hot water to save piping material by constituting the piping so that the pipe sectional area of a supply hot water return pipe is made smaller than that of a supply hot water feed pipe. CONSTITUTION:The supply hot water return pipe 19 of circulating hot water feed device is so constituted that the pipe sectional area of a supply hot water return pipe 19 is made smaller than that of a supply hot water feed pipe 13. The supply hot water return pipe 19 is integrally coated with a heat insulating material and connected to a supply hot water heat source 12. According to this constitution, during the circulating operation, the quantity of radiation from the supply hot water return pipe 19 is reduced. A temperature detector 21 for detecting the temperature within the pipeline is provided in the supply hot water feed pipe 13. When the temperature within the supply hot water feed pipe 13 is lower than a preset temperature, a circulating pump 20 is started, and hot water within the supply hot water heat source 12 is fed to the pipeline. When hot water reaches a predetermined temperature, the operation of the circulating pump 20 is stopped to prevent wasteful radiation from the pipeline and to reduce the power consumption of the circulating pump 20.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a water supply system, and water is supplied to the hot water supply heat source device 2 via a water supply pipe 3. The hot water produced by the hot water heat source device 2 is transferred from the hot water supply pipe 4 to the hot water supply return pipe 5.
Circulation is performed by the circulation pump 6 to the water supply pipe 7 and the water supply pipe 3.
After that, it returns to the hot water supply unit 2 again. A hot water mixing valve 8 mixes the hot water from the hot water heat source device 2, the hot water from the high return pipe 5, and the water coming through the water supply pipe 7. Mixed hot water is supplied from a hot water tap 9.10 via a hot water supply pipe 4. Reference numeral 11 denotes a flow switch, which determines whether the hot water tap 9.1o is open or closed as a flow rate value.

In terms of operation, when hot water tap 9.1o is closed,
The flow switch 11 detects that the flow rate is low and reduces the capacity of the circulation pump 6 to perform low pressure circulation. ' When the hot water taps 9 and 10 are opened, the flow valve 11 detects that the flow rate is large and causes the circulation pump 6 to pressurize and circulate. The remaining hot water supplied by the hot water tap 9.10 is returned through the hot water return pipe 5.

The hot water supply return pipe 19 is open and has a smaller pipe cross-sectional area than the hot water supply pipe 13, and as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view, it is provided as a double unit with the hot water supply pipe 13 and heat-insulatingly coated, and the hot water supply heat source equipment 1
Connected to 2. A circulation pump 2 is installed in the hot water return pipe 19.
0 is connected, and the hot water supply return pipe 1 is connected from the hot water supply pipe 13 to the hot water supply return pipe 1.
Hot water is circulated to 9. The hot water supply pipe 13 is provided with a temperature detector 21 that detects the temperature in the pipe, and a signal from the temperature detector 21 is amplified by an amplifier 22 to start and stop the circulation pump 20. That is, the temperature detector 21 and the amplifier 22 constitute a controller that controls the circulation pump 20. The temperature detector 21 may be installed in the hot water supply return pipe 19, and in either case, the temperature in the pipe is When you get down, circulation pump 20
When the temperature rises, a signal is obtained to stop the circulation pump 20.5.The hot water mixing valve 14 drives the valve 24 with the motor 23 as shown in Fig. 3, and detects the temperature of the mixed water. The configuration is such that the motor 23 is controlled by a feed pattern through the control circuit 26.

That is, when the temperature inside the hot water supply pipe 13 is lower than the set temperature, the circulation pump 20 is started to send hot water from the hot water heat source device 12 into the pipe, and when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the circulation pump 2 is started.
The operation of the circulation pump 20 is stopped to prevent unnecessary heat radiation from the piping and to reduce the power consumption of the circulation pump 20. When the hot water tap 17 or 18 is opened, hot water is immediately supplied because the inside of the hot water feed pipe 13 is filled with hot water at a predetermined temperature.

給湯栓を閉成すると再び元の循環モードに戻る。When the hot water tap is closed, it returns to the original circulation mode.

During circulation operation, the amount of heat radiated from the hot water supply return pipe 19 is less than that of the conventional system because the pipe has a small cross-sectional area and is heat-insulatingly coated in two pipes. In addition, since the circulation pump 20 is operated according to the temperature inside the hot water supply pipe 13 and is not operated constantly, there is less heat radiated from the pipe, and the power consumption of the circulation pump 20 is also reduced. Finish.

The advantage of this embodiment is that since the hot water supply pipe 13 and the hot water supply return pipe 19 are heat-insulatingly coated as two units, it is easy to handle during construction, and the outer surface area can be set to be small, so the heat insulation effect is excellent. .

Further, the circulation pump 20 stops operating when the temperature inside the hot water supply pipe 13 is high due to the temperature detector 21 and the amplifier 22.
Since it is controlled to operate when the temperature is low, power consumption can be reduced and heat radiation loss from the pipes can also be reduced.
