Abstract

PURPOSE:To change over a handset talking state into a hand-free talking state by means of a voice input by connecting a voice recognizing circuit to a switching circuit changing over the handset talking and the hand-free talking. CONSTITUTION:The switching circuit 3 changes over the handset talking by a handset 6 having a receiver 4 and a transmitter 5 and the hand-free talking comprising a microphone 8, a speaker 9 and amplifiers 7, 10, and the voice recognition circuit 11 recognizes a predetermined voice input from the transmitter 5 when the said switching circuit 3 is in the handset talking state to change over the said switching circuit 3 into the hand-free talking state.
