Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the cord tangling of a miniature headphone or an earphone and to store them into a tape recorder main body, by winding those headphone and earphone to a winding frame having the same size as a cassette tape. CONSTITUTION:When an earphone is stored, the earphone housings 21 and 21' of each earphone are pushed into housing store holes 6 and 6' of an earphone winding frame 1. Then cords 23 and 23' are led out along cord lead-out grooves 10 and 10' and hooked to cord hook parts 11 and 11'. Then the cords are turned clockwise, for exampel, and wound round post parts 4 and 4'. Finally, a plug 24 is locked between upper and lower side plates 2 and 3 at drilling hole parts 12 and 12' to complete the winding operation. Under such conditions, the frame 1 is attached to a cassette tape store part of a tape recorder. The frame 1 has the same size as a cassette tape and is shunted from a capstan, a head, a reel shaft, etc. of a tape recorder. This causes no trouble in loading and no damage of the earphone despite a wrong tape driving operation.

Conventional configurations and their problems Traditionally, headphones and earphones without a headband, which are often used in tape recorders and headphone stereos, are usually rolled up or carried in a bag separately from the main unit when not in use. Because of the length of the cord, it took a lot of effort to unravel it when using it. To prevent this, it may be possible to use a roll frame or roll-up case to store the product, but these cases are bulky and must be carried separately from the main body.

In this configuration, when storing the earphones, the earphone housings 21 and 21' are pushed into the housing storage holes 6°6' of the earphone winding frame 1, and the cords 23 and 23 are inserted along the cord lead-out grooves 10 and 10'. Pull out the cord 23' and hang it on the cord hooking parts 11 and 11', then turn the cord clockwise, for example, and wrap it around the support parts 4 and 41.
Finally, attach the plug 24 to the top plate 2 at the drilled hole part 12.12'.
and the bottom plate 30 to complete the winding, and the winding frame 1 in this state is attached to a tape storage section of a tape recorder. The reel frame 1 is made to have the same size and shape as the cassette tape, and is made with all of the capstan, head, reel shaft, etc. of the tape recorder removed, so there is no problem with the upper side of the tape, and it is possible to accidentally run the tape. will not cause any damage.

If there is only one cord hooking part, there is a housing storage hole 6. The distances from each of e/ to the cord hooking portion may be made the same. In addition, when two cord hooking parts are provided as shown in the figure, by setting their positions appropriately, after the cord comes out from the housing, only 4'
It is only necessary that the distance at the first point of contact between the cords 23 and 23' is the same for both cords 23 and 23'. By doing this, you can wind the cord in an orderly manner without having one side of the cord slack in the middle.

Incidentally, a plurality of bored holes 12, 12' in the plug attachment portion may be installed as necessary, and an appropriate bored hole may be selected when the position of the plug 24 is shifted depending on the winding direction. Furthermore, the holes 6, 6' for storing the housing are not limited to the illustrated positions, but can be placed in any desired position. Furthermore, although the earphone housing is described as having two housings, it is also possible to use one housing.
