    レーの作動を制御するリレー制御手段と、グロープラグ
    へめ通電状態およびリレー制御手段の作動状態に基づい
    てグロー、リレーが異常であるか否かを判別する異常判
    別手段と、グローリレーが異常であると判別されたとき
    警報を発する警報手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするデ
