と不活性ガス、その外側の中管から不活性ガス、さらに
その外側の外管から水素、さらにその外側の最外管から
酸素をそれぞれ噴出させる４重石英管構造になる光フア
イバ母材製造用バーナにおいて、前記不活性ガスを噴出
させる中管の先端と水素を噴出させる外管の先端とが同
一位置で、かつ、前記内管および前記最外側管のいずれ
の先端よりも突出した状態に構成されていることを特徴
