  1. ２段変速回転する回転シャツｌ−６を内側に、反転レバ
    ー８のついた反転シャフト７を外周にした二重構造を有
    するシャフトにて、回転シャツｉ６と油脂塗布用スポン
    ジ１とハケ１０を両端につけた円柱２との両方にへりカ
    ルギヤー２２を切り、噛み合わせ、円柱２に固定したケ
    ーシング９を、ガイド板５にて、左右に移動出来るよう
    にした、ケーキ焼成型の清掃兼油脂塗布装置。
