第１図は、本考案に係る液分散器のノズル部分の一実施
態様を示し、第２図は、該ノズルによる液流量分散分布
の一例を示す。第３図は従来型の固定床用液分散器、第
４図は、単孔から液を流下させた場合の粒子層内におけ
る液の拡がり状況を示す。
図中の各記号は次の通りである。１：下向流式固定床反
応器、２：液体及びガスの導入口、３：液分散板、４：
ガス通気ノズル、５：粒子層、６：孔部、７：液深、８
：液、１０：ガス・液分散ノズル、１１：液分散基板、
１２：円筒部、１３：帽子、１４：液通過部、１５：キ
ャップ、１６二円錐型キャップ、１７：水滴、１８：液

定床用液分散器において、液分散蓋基板に円筒を貫通さ
せ、円筒部の上端及び下端を開口し、該円筒部の上方に
は距離を隔てて、該円筒部を閉塞しないように配された
該円筒部の径よりやや大きい径の帽子と、該円筒部の側
壁に複数個の液通過部を設けており、該円筒部の下方に
は、該円筒部とやや距離を隔てて、該円筒部下部の周囲
を覆う下部に底板を有するキャップを具備し、更に該キ
ャップの上方及び全周囲を該キャラ′ プとやや距
離を隔てて覆う、円筒部外周に取付けられた別の円錐型
キャップを該円筒部に有する液ガス分散ノズルを複数個
