を有する先体を固着してなる筒体を軸筒両端に着脱自在
に取り付け、該軸筒外面に配置せる押圧リブと連結され
た仕切り板を軸筒内に摺動自在に配置し軸筒内を２分し
て芯収納部を形成するとともに、該仕切り板で押圧部を
介して双方のチャックを選択的に移動可能となした両頭
