冷蔵室へ循環せしめる送風機と、前記冷凍室内に前記主
冷却器で冷却した空気が通過する急速冷凍室と、この前
記急速冷凍室内に配置した直接冷却方式の補助冷却器と
、冷媒を前記主冷却器のみに流すか前記主冷却器と補助
冷却器の両方に流すかを制御する流路制御装置と、冷凍
サイクルの圧縮機を連続運転させ前記補助冷却器に連続
的に冷媒を流すことによって急速冷凍を行なう急速冷凍
