Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction in manufacturing time, and to facilitate miniaturization by a method wherein many conductors are formed to a flexible sheet substrate, which is then annularly folded so that its both ends superpose on each other, and a continuous conduction path is formed by joining the end of each conductor superposed on each other. CONSTITUTION:A pattern of arrangement of the given number of conductors 3 is formed to the sheet substrate 1, which is then cut to a required dimension; thereafter, the substrate 1 is annularly folded so that both ends superpose on each other. At this time, in the case of using the continuous paths by means of the conductors 3 in two-piece parallel, the superposition of the conductors 3 on the sheet substrate is joined by moving the position transversally by the distance twice as large as the pitch between the conductors. On the other hand, in the case of use in one-phase excitation, the superposition of the conductors 3 is joined by moving the position of superposition of both ends of the substrate 1 transversally by the distance of one pitch between the conductors.

状基板1の両端部の重なり合う位置を左右にずらせ、シ
ート状基板−トの導電体3の重なる部分を接合すれば、
2本の連続した導電路が形成される。すなわち、各導電
体は両側に位置する導電体42口。

共に、被覆線の端末処理も何ら考慮することがなく、か
つ、小型化も容易であるなどすぐれた効果を奏する。
