クとラップスプリングの空転トルクとの釣り合いにより

ることにより、原稿押えを任意の開放位置に停止させる
ことができるとともに、従来のこの種支持装置において
問題とされていたリンク部のヘアリングの破損やスプリ
ツタのへたりを無くして、原稿押えのヒンジ部の信頼性
の向上が図れるなどの優れた効果が得られるので、その
利用価値は顕著である。
