半球状に形成し、バーナーコーン前端あ”開口部に凸面
をバーナーコーン内部に向け、その外周面と上記開口部
口縁との間に環状の隙間を設けてバーナーコーンと同軸
に設けられた整流板とを備え、上記バーナーコーンと整
流板を気孔率２０％乃至５０％の多孔質焼結体で形成し
