Claims (1)
クチュエータ装置であって、上記流体に接触しかつ一端
に開口部を有する容器と、該容器゛ 内に充填され温
度上昇に伴って水素放出量が増加する一方温度低下に伴
って水素吸蔵量が増加する特性を有する金属水素化物と
、上記容器の開口部側の端部に固定されたシリンダと、
該シリンダ内に摺動可能に設けられたピストンと、上記
容器の開口付近に設けられ上記金属水素化物のシリンダ
側への移動を阻止するフィルタと、上記ピストンと共に
移動しシリンダ外に突出した作動部材と、上記ピストン
を容器側へ付勢するリターンスプリングとを備えたこと
