In recent years, suede-like artificial leather that imitates the natural buckskin leather, or flocked materials that resemble the texture and appearance of such artificial leather, have been used for various purposes such as clothing, furniture, and wall coverings. As a type of flocked material, synthetic fibers such as rayon or nylon pile are flocked to a soft foam base material such as plastic or rubber. Various soft flocked foams have been developed that combine softness and pile feel to give a good feel.

By the way, when obtaining an embossed body, it is generally more advantageous to use a high-frequency welder, which can emboss complex patterns in a short time at low temperatures, than to use heated rolls or heated presses. Most of the rubber and plastic foams that have traditionally been widely used as flocked foam base materials are difficult to process using high-frequency welder embossing. However, since the pile itself that is flocked to the base material is a material that is difficult to undergo high-frequency welder embossing treatment, such as non-melting rayon pile or high-melting point nylon pile, it is difficult to form an uneven pattern with a clear pattern outline. It wasn't easy.

Moreover, with conventional flocked foam, it is impossible to color the recesses and protrusions in different colors at the same time as embossing with a high-frequency welder, so if you want to color them in different colors, you must use a separate printing method. There were inconveniences such as having no choice but to do so.

The present invention was developed in view of these circumstances, and uses an advantageous high-frequency welder to enable embossing and coloring (color change) at the same time, creating a clear and three-dimensional effect in which concave and convex portions exhibit different colors. The surface has a rich uneven pattern,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a useful flocked foam with a textured pattern that is fully satisfactory in terms of texture as well.

以下、図面を参照しながら本考案を詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Such a flocked foam material with an uneven pattern of the present invention can be obtained by using a non-patterned flocked foam material as schematically illustrated in FIG. 2A or FIG. This can be obtained by intermittently supplying a high-frequency welder, pressing the mold onto the flocked layer on the surface, and performing embossing and coloring (color change) simultaneously.

The patternless flocked foam material illustrated in FIG. 2A has a base material 1 of soft foam that can be embossed with a high-frequency welder, a pile 21 that can be softened and melted with a high-frequency welder,
A uniform mixed pile 2 with a pile 22 which has a different color from the pile 21 and does not soften and melt using a high-frequency welder is flocked through a flocking adhesive 3, and both piles 2
1 and 22 have approximately the same length, therefore, the color of the entire flocked layer on the surface is a mixture of the colors of the respective piles 21 and 22 evenly, which is just an intermediate color mixture.

When high-frequency welder embossing is performed on such a flocked foam material, the base material 1 and the pile 21 generate internal heat, and as shown in FIG. Due to the fusion of the bubble membranes, the bubbles are broken to some extent to form the recess 11, and the piles 21 are also softened and melted, falling sideways, and becoming semi-fused or fused to each other.

Therefore, only the piles 22 that are not softened and melted by the high-frequency welder are planted in the recess 11, and the piles 21 that have fallen sideways are substantially hidden by the planted piles 22 and cannot be seen, so the recess 11 has a color in which the color of the planted pile 22 is substantially emphasized.

On the other hand, in the convex portion 12 of the mold A that is not pressed, although the pile 21 generates internal heat and softens and melts to some extent, the pile 21 is not pressed by the mold A, so it does not fall sideways. Instead, it remains planted.

Therefore, in the convex portion 12, both piles 21 and 22 are always in a planted state, so that a color mixture that is almost the same as the color mixture of the flocked layer before embossing is maintained.

As described above, in the flocked foam of the present invention obtained by simultaneously performing the embossing process and the coloring (color change) process of the concave portions 11 using a high-frequency welder, the floating pattern portion of the convex portions 12 is a mixture of the piles 21 and 22 on both sides. The color of only one of the piles 22 in the pattern area of the concave portion 11 is emphasized, and both are color-coded without misalignment along the boundary line, so that the pattern outline of the pattern can be clearly differentiated between the two. It has a colored uneven pattern.

As a specific example of the above-mentioned flocked foam of the present invention, the base material 1, the pile 21, the pile 22, and the flocking adhesive 3 as illustrated in Table 1 below are used, and a conventionally known flocking method is applied, for example. Adhesive 3 is applied to the base material 1 using a doctor knife or the like at a dry weight ratio of about 50 to 200 f/ya', and a mixed pile of piles 21 and 22 is formed under a high voltage of about 30,000 volts or more. After electrostatic flocking using the up or down method and pre-drying at about 80 to 110 degrees Celsius for several minutes, about 110 to 1
Baked at 40°C for 2 to 2 minutes to obtain a non-patterned flocked foam material, which was then intermittently fed to a high frequency welder and outputted according to the area of the four parts 11 to be embossed under the Radio Control Act certified frequency. Flocking with a clear concavo-convex pattern on the surface where the concave portions 11 and convex portions 12 are different from each other and have a rich three-dimensional effect, obtained by embossing in the range of 1 to 100 KW for several seconds (several tens of seconds at most). Examples include foams.

These are all continuous sheet-like products using a continuous sheet-like foam base material 1, so they are suitable for applications that require long products such as interiors and exteriors.
Furthermore, even when used for small items, clothing, etc., it is advantageous because there is less waste during cutting and the yield is improved.

Among these, the base material 1 is selected from the 1,2-polybutadiene resin shown in Table 1 below or a foam made of a polymer blend containing the same, and the piles 21 and 22 have a length of 0. 5-1.3 order and thickness 0.8-3.
The flocked foam with an uneven pattern obtained by selecting and using about 0 denier has excellent physical properties of the base material, so it has extremely good flexibility, elasticity, and cushioning properties, and has a pile of 21. 22 is thin and has an appropriate length, so it is highly compatible with the base material 1 in terms of texture and has an excellent feel.

In addition, among the modacrylic fibers used as the pile 21, in particular, when using a modacrylic fiber consisting of 35 to 85% acrylonitrile and 65 to 15% vinyl chloride, it has a low softening point that causes large internal heat generation in a high frequency electromagnetic field. Since it is a fiber (around 150℃) and the high frequency welder embossing treatment efficiency is very good, the recess 1
The pile 21 in No. 1 is almost completely fallen sideways and is semi-fused or fused, so that the recess 11 can be almost completely colored to the color of the other planted pile 22 alone. becomes.

This flocked foam material is constructed in the same manner as the material shown in FIG. 2A, except that the pile 21 that can be softened and melted by a high-frequency welder is longer than the other pile 22 that is not softened and melted. Yes, such material is long pile 2
1 substantially hides the short pile 22, so that the entire flocked layer exhibits the monochromatic color of the substantially long pile 22.

As can be understood from the above explanation, the flocked foam of the present invention includes a pile 21 that can be softened and melted by a high-frequency welder,
A mixed pile 2 with a pile 22 that is different in color from the pile 21 and does not soften and melt is made using a non-patterned soft flocked foam material that is flocked on a soft foam base material 1 that can be embossed with a high-temperature welder, using a high-frequency welder. By performing the chromaticity processing of the concave portions 11 at the same time as the embossing process, the raised pattern portions of the convex portions 12 and the patterned portions of the concave portions are color-coded without misalignment along the boundary line, giving a clear and three-dimensional effect. A rich uneven pattern can be applied to the surface, which can eliminate the trouble of conventional products that require coloring using a separate printing method, or the disadvantage that only uneven patterns with blurred outlines can be formed. It is.
