先ず、断面が第1図に示した如きの磁気記録媒体を作製
した。即ち、75μ厚のポリエステルフィルム支持体1
上にスパッタリングにより、0.5μ厚のFe −N1
層2を設け、更に0.5 p厚のCo −Cr層3を設
けた。これを5.25インチの磁気フレキシブルディス
