Claims (1)
形成された配線層と、この配線層上に絶縁層を介して表
示パターンに対応してそれぞれ形成されたセグメント層
と、これらセグメント層上に塗布された螢光体層とによ
り陽極基板を形成し、この陽極基板上に該陽極基板と所
定間隔を保ってそれぞれグリッド電極が導電接着剤およ
びフリットガラるにて固定される螢光表示管において、
前記各グリッド電極のフリットガラスにて固定される固
定部エリアから前記配線層の配線パターンを外すように
