However, with the conventional device described above, when adhesive is injected into the hole, the adhesive flows down the slope of the magnet protection cover and accumulates in the space for the adhesive reservoir, but because this space is small, the inner circumferential surface of the magnet protection cover Because the adhesive flows into the adhesive, it is necessary to wipe it off, resulting in poor workability. Also, it is necessary to cut the iron fence to create a space for the adhesive reservoir, which increases man-hours. There is a problem that it takes.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention forms an adhesive reservoir space between the bottom surface of the iron fence, the magnet attached to the inner circumference of the iron fence, and the magnet protection cover, and connects the inner circumference of the iron fence and the magnet protection cover. By providing an adhesive injection hole on the bottom of the iron fence between the two, the adhesive can be stored in the adhesive storage space, and the adhesive will not leak out of the adhesive injection hole. Since there is no need to wipe off the adhesive,
The purpose is to improve workability and to be able to manufacture with a simple structure.

Then, the first flange part 3b of the magnet protection cover 3 is fitted, and the second flange part 3a is driven in until it hits the bottom surface of the iron fence 1, so that the magnet protection cover 3 is press-fitted and fixed to the iron fence 1. At this time, the magnet 2 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the magnet protection cover 3 due to friction when the magnet protection cover 3 is driven. Further, in order to check whether the magnet 2 is securely in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the magnet protection cover 3, a jig can be inserted through the hole 1b to check. Then, several glue bends 1f are provided at the open end of the iron fence 1, and the magnet protection cover 3 is attached to the iron fence 1.
It is possible to prevent the magnet from coming out or to prevent the magnet protection cover 3 from rotating. Thereafter, the adhesive is stored in the adhesive reservoir space 5 through the adhesive injection hole 1b, and heated to a certain temperature to lower the viscosity of the adhesive. Then, the adhesive passes between the magnet 2 and the iron fence 1, and between the magnet 2 and the magnet protection cover 3, and after penetrating the entire area, it is further heated to harden the adhesive, and the stone 2 is removed. Fix it to iron fence 1.

Here, when the adhesive is passed through the entire surface, the first flange portion 3b of the magnet protection cover 3 fits into the iron fence 1,
Since it is press-fitted and the contact surface with the inner circumferential surface of the iron fence 1 is made large, the adhesive will not leak from between the flange portion 3b and the iron fence 1. After fixing the magnet 2, the magnet 2 is magnetized using a magnetizer. After that, install the iron fence 1 using the hole 1.

Further, as shown in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a plate 7 is used instead of the boss 6 in the second embodiment, and the play 1-7 and the shaft 4 are spline-coupled (7b). Further, the iron fence 1 may be provided with a recess 1e and the play 1-7 with a projection 7a, and these recesses 1e and projections 7a may be engaged to fix the shaft 4 to the iron fence 1 with the pole I-10. Teeth for positioning the iron fence l relative to the shaft 4 are formed on the outer periphery of the shaft 4 and in the slot 4a of the plate 7, respectively. From the above, the shaft 4 can be fixed more reliably than in the first embodiment, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the iron fence l is made thinner, and the plate 7 can be attached easily even when changing the ignition timing etc. The position of the iron fence 1 relative to the shaft 4 can be changed simply by changing the position of the teeth formed on the shaft 4a for each plate and replacing the plate.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, the magnet protection cover 3
The magnet protection cover 3 was fixed by fitting and press-fitting one end of the open end of the iron fence l, but as shown in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. Press-fit one end of the magnet protection cover 3 into the second flange portion 3a.
The magnet protection cover 3 may be fixed by tightening the protrusion 1e integrally provided on the bottom surface of the iron fence 1. Further, instead of the protrusion 1e, the magnet protection cover 3 may be fixed by repositioning, welding, or the like. Since one end of the magnet protection cover 3 is press-fitted, when the adhesive is infiltrated, it will not leak from between the iron fence 1 and one end of the magnet protection cover 3. Also, if one end of the magnet protection cover 3 and the iron fence 1 are not press-fitted and there is a slight gap, the adhesive will drip downward from this gap.
There is no adhesive on the inner circumferential surface of the magnet protection cover 3.
, not much of a problem.
