Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）外周部が緩衝層により形成された光ファイバと、
    前記緩衝層の外周を覆うように形成された強化被覆層と
    を有して成り、前記強化被覆層は、光ファイバの長さ方
    向に沿って各々伸びる多数の長尺状の繊維に含浸硬化さ
    れた熱硬化性樹脂と、この熱硬化性樹脂の中に含有さり
    た多数のウイス々−トかり成る上とを特徴とする強化被
    覆光ファイバ。
  2. （２）緩衝層と強化被覆層との間に、多数のウィスカー
    を含有した熱可塑性樹脂より成る中間補強層を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求。 の範囲第１項記載の強化被覆光ファイバ。
  3. （３）中間補強層におけるライ“スカーは、各々光ファ
    イバの長さ方向に配向していることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の強花被覆光ファイバー
