付近に貫通孔を穿設するとともに、該ベルトの装着され
る機械本体に発光素子と受光素子とを有する検知ユニッ
トを、該発光素子と受光素子との一方が上記ベルトの幅
の範囲内でベルト外面の外側に、他方がベルトループの
範囲内でベルトの幅の外側に位置し、発光素子より受光
素子に至る光線がベルトに穿設された上記の貫通孔を透
過可能となる如く固設したことを特徴とする継目検知装
