Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform effective silencing of an instrument with a few sound absorbing material and to prevent a matter that scattering things of the sound absorbing material are discharged out of the instrument or into a combustion instrument, by so constituting the titled instrument that a hollow part is provided on a casing of the combustion instrument in opposition to a suction port of a blower, the hollow part is filled with the sound absorbing material and a suction flow through the blower does not pass through the surface of the sound absorbing material. CONSTITUTION:A hollow part 15 filled with a sound absorbing material 16 and provided on a casing 14 is so constituted that it is confronted with a suction port, only a ventilation passage 7 side is opened and the other side is closed. Then the hollow part 15 is made into a sphere wherein it is not influenced by an air flow, the air flow does not touch directly to the sound absorbing material 16, and clogging of the sound absorbing material 16 due to ventilation and a matter that microscopic scattering things of the sound absorbing material is sucked into a hot water supply device can be prevented from occurring. As for a noise from the suction port, which is generated as the noise of a blower, as a direct sound is once absorbed by the sound absorbing material 16 provided on the counter surface of the suction port, a noise element to be diffused within the casing 14 displays drastic decrease effect of the noise as a primary reflected sound, whose sound is reduced, forms the noise of the instrument.

Configuration of conventional example and its problems In this type of conventional combustion equipment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the combustion equipment is Air is guided into the equipment from an air suction gear 6 provided in the casing 5 of the equipment, passes through each ventilation passage 7 in the equipment, and is supplied as combustion air to the burner section 9 from the suction port 8 of the blower 4. . After the supplied air is combusted, it passes through the heat exchanger 10, the exhaust passage 11, etc., and is discharged to the outside of the device from the exhaust gear gallery 12 as υ1 gas. The equipment noise generated at this time is mainly the air blowing noise from the blower 4 and the combustion noise due to combustion, and especially in the high frequency range related to the noise level, it is mostly the air blowing noise g. Therefore, in the past, in order to reduce equipment noise, sound-absorbing materials were attached directly to the exhaust passage 11 on the discharge side and the ventilation passage 7 on the suction side, but in both cases, the air flow directly
Because it comes into contact with the sound-absorbing material, minute particles of the sound-absorbing material may be emitted outside the equipment on the discharge side or enter the burner on the suction side, which is not very desirable. Therefore, a wide sound-absorbing surface was required, which caused problems in terms of cost.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides four parts in the casing of the combustion equipment facing the suction port of the blower, and the recesses are filled with a sound-absorbing material, so that the suction flow by the blower does not pass through the surface of the sound-absorbing material. I tried to avoid it. With this configuration, the direct wave of noise emitted from the blower inlet as a radiator is
First, the sound is absorbed by the sound-absorbing material placed opposite the inlet, so
Secondary wave energy, which is a noise component that diffuses within the equipment casing, will be considerably attenuated. In addition, since the suction flow from the blower does not touch the sound absorbing material, it does not promote separation of the sound absorbing material, and no flying debris is released outside the equipment or into the combustor.

吸音材自体の目詰りも生じさせないという効果を有する
This has the effect of preventing clogging of the sound absorbing material itself.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6. The same members as in FIGS. 1 and 2 are given the same numbers. In FIG.
A main body of the water heater, which is composed of a control circuit (not shown), an exhaust passage 11, element parts (not shown), etc., is composed of a front lid 13 and a casing 14. A blower 4, which takes combustion air indicated by a solid line arrow into the equipment through a suction gear 6 provided in the front cover 13, is located at the upper part of the water heater main body, and is connected to a motor 3.
, an impeller 1 and an impeller casing 2, and a casing 14 facing the blower suction port 8 is provided with a recess 15 having a similar area to the suction port 8 which opens toward the ventilation passage 7 and seals the other portions. A sound absorbing material 16 is filled in the recess 15 and the upper surface is held by a punching plate 17 or the like, so that the surface of the sound absorbing material 16 does not protrude from the inner wall of the casing 14 toward the blower 4 side.

In the above configuration, the air for a-burning is forced into the combustion machine from the suction port 8 of the blower 4 through the internal ventilation passage 7 from the suction gear gallery 6;
To avoid forcible deflection in the vicinity, the recess 15 provided in the casing 14 and filled with the sound absorbing material 16 is open only on the side of the ventilation passage 7 facing the suction port 8, and the rest is sealed, so that the air flow is reduced. The sound absorbing material 16 is not affected by the air flow, which prevents the sound absorbing material 16 from clogging due to ventilation and from sucking minute particles of the sound absorbing material 16 into the water heater. . In addition, since the noise from the suction port 8 generated as blower noise is directly absorbed by the sound absorbing material 16 provided on the surface facing the suction port 80, the noise component that diffuses into the casing 14 is reduced. The primary reflected sound forms the equipment noise, achieving a wide noise reduction effect. FIG. 5 shows the silencing effect of this configuration. or,
The bottom surface of the recess 15 provided in the casing 5 shown in FIG.
A gap 18 is provided between the sound absorbing materials 16 to be filled):y, the effect of the back gap of the sound absorbing material can further promote the noise reduction effect.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described using FIG. 4. In FIG. 4, the difference from the above embodiment is that the casing 1
A deflection plate 19 is provided on the ventilation passage 7 side of the recess 15 provided in 4, and the deflection plate 19 protrudes from the inner wall of the casing 14 toward the blower 4 side.By making the deflection plate 19 the same shape as the suction port 8, the air flow is smoothly sucked. 1 piece 8, and sound absorbing material 16
can be completely prevented from air flow.

(1) Air noise generated from the blower suction port) Since the structure is such that a sound-absorbing material is provided on the surface facing the suction port where the left direct wave travels, the sound-absorbing material can attenuate the energy diffused inside the casing, and with less sound-absorbing material. Effective noise reduction becomes possible.

(Takumi) The concave part in which the sound-absorbing material is installed faces the blower inlet and the surface of the sound-absorbing material that opens toward the ventilation passage does not protrude from the inner wall of the casing, so the air flow is sucked into the blower without touching the sound-absorbing material. In addition, minute scatterings of the sound-absorbing material will not enter the equipment or be released outside the equipment. Also, deterioration of sound-absorbing performance due to clogging, etc. can be prevented.
