    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ジュース、コーラ等の飲料を収納しうる紙製容器１であ
    って、略扇形状の板紙１０を捲回して両端縁１２．１３
    を重合接着して形成される逆円錐台状の容器胴部１４の
    重合位置２０の左側近傍で而も上端開口部１５近傍位置
    の前記胴部１４の外面に判別マーク１′６が印刷される
    と共に前記胴部構成板紙１０から延設されて、これと一
    体を為す舌状片１７によって前記マーク１６が被覆され
    ていることを特徴とする飲料用容器。
