Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）中空部を有する円筒状の主体部の外周に長手方向
    に突設した一対の突条を形成させたアルミニウム合金の
    形材からなるものの前記突条の上下に嵌入部を形成させ
    たヘッドパイプと、該ヘッドパイプの突条に設けた嵌入
    部に先端を嵌挿させ固着するフレームパイプとからなり
    、前記嵌入部外周又はフレームパイプの先端内周部に接
    着剤、ロウ剤等の結合剤を塗布してフレームパイプを嵌
    入部に嵌入させ、前記結合剤で結合された結合部分をか
    しめにて固着したことを特徴とする自動二輪車のフレー
    ム構造。
  2. （２）前記ヘッドパイプの突条の上下に嵌入部を形成さ
    せるとともに突条のこの嵌入部間を湾曲形の切除部とし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動二輪車のフ
    レーム構造。
  3. （３）　　ヘッドパイプの突条に形成さｉた嵌入部の外
    形とフレームパイプの先端の内周形状とがほぼ同一であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の自動
    二輪車のフレーム構造。
  4. （４）ヘッドパイプの突条に形成させた嵌入部の外周部
    表面に溝を形成させた実用新案登請求の範囲第３項記載
    の自動二輪車のフレーム構造。
