Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体流通路を形成する弁ケースと、該弁ケース内に配設
    された弁体の開口度合を可変するガバナ弁体、該ガバナ
    弁体を上流側の流体圧と下流側の流体圧の圧力差により
    移動させる可変機構、前記弁体とガバナ弁体の開口部を
    通過した流体の吐出口である流通口からなる定流量弁と
    、温度の変化により伸縮する温度検知素子、該温度検知
    素子の前記定流量弁が配される側を前記弁ケース内に固
    定する固定部材、前記温度検知素子の前記定流量弁が配
    される側とは反対側に連動作動するように設けられ、前
    記温度検知素子の伸縮により前記流通口の開度台を可変
    させるニードル形状に形成された弁体を備える流量可変
    部材からなる流量調整弁とからなる温度補償式流量調整
    弁。
