され融解、氷結することなく、さらさらした状態を保持
する。この状態のかき氷を紙カップ等に入れシロップ等
をふりかける。このシロップの温度は、かき氷の各粒子
を覆う量シロップをかけても、かき氷の温度が氷点以上
とならない温度に、予め冷却しておく。上記シロップの
ふシかけられた冷菓は、これをそのまま氷点以下忙保存

れの要求に適合した幅広いかき氷冷菓の供給が可能とな
