動モートヨ用の複数の表示ランプ兼用押釦、8は減速装
置、9cはリレーコイル、9S□、9S2はリレースイ
ッチ、10は電気系統減速回路、11はロボット駆動回
路、12はロボット駆動モータ、13cは補助リレー、
14は切換電磁弁、19は流量調整弁である。なお、図
