Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a coating portion from separating at the time of winding and inserting a core into a coil by coating the surface of a self-fusible enameled wire with a lubricating substance. CONSTITUTION:A self-fusible enameled wire 2 is wound to form a coil 3, the coil 3 is inserted into a core 1, and energized to be heated and cured to form a stator for a rotary electric machine. The wire 2 is coated on the surface of a copper wire 5 with imide modified polyester 6, and on the surface with a fusible layer 7 made of phenol resin. Further, the surface of the wire 2 is coated with a lubricating substance 8. Thus, since the frictional coefficient of the wire decreases, the coating portion of the wire 2 is prevented from separating at the time of forming the coil and inserting the core into the coil.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a stator in a rotating electric machine such as a motor or a generator, in which a coil is made of a self-bonding enamelled wire.

Conventional stators for rotating electric machines are composed of enameled wires that self-fuse with the coil force, but these self-fuse enameled wires contain polyester, polyester ion, or polyamide-imide on the surface of the conductor wire. A semi-cured adhesive layer is formed by applying polyvinyl phthalate, phenoxy resin, etc. to the surface.

However, if the surface of the self-bonding enameled wire is made of a semi-cured bonding layer, the frictional resistance is high and the sliding properties are poor, so when winding a coil, the coating may peel off, resulting in electrical insulation. There is a problem of lack of reliability due to the lack of information.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been developed in such a way that the coating is peeled off when the winding member of the coil and the iron core are inserted into the coil. It is characterized in that a substance is coated thereon so that the self-bonding enameled wire can be easily slipped.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rotating electric stator according to this embodiment has an iron core 1 formed by laminating silicon steel plates, and a self-bonding enamelled wire 2 wound into a strand. has been done. Note that 4 is a lead wire connected to the terminal wire ζ of the coil 2.

However, in the present invention, the surface of the self-bonding enameled wire 2 is coated with a lubricating substance 8. That is, the lubricating substance 8 is made of, for example, a polyolefin resin, which is coated on the surface of the adhesive layer 7, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to improve the slippage of the self-adhesive enameled wire 2. The most appropriate range is approximately 0.1 to 1.0 μm so as not to reduce the thickness.

Conversely, if the coating thickness of the lubricant substance 7 is too thin, the coefficient of static friction will increase and the lubricating performance will not be sufficiently exhibited.

When the self-bonding enameled wire 2 having the above configuration is used,
Since the friction coefficient of the self-bonding enameled wire is smaller than that of conventional self-bonding enameled wire and the sliding property is good, the coating of the carp self-bonding enameled wire 2 is peeled off. can be reliably prevented.

Although the illustrated embodiment shows an example in which the lubricating substance 7 is made of a polyolefin resin, the present invention is not limited to this, and drying materials such as linseed oil and cut oil having a high iodine value can be used. A similar effect can be obtained by using oil.

As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a lubricating material is applied to the surface of a self-bonding enamelled wire, and when winding a coil and inserting a coiled core into a coil, Since the coating of the self-bonding enamelled wire can be prevented from peeling off, it is possible to improve the winding work and the assembly work of the coil and iron core, as well as increase the reliability of electrical insulation. There is an effect that can be done.
