    れ該圧力センサの温度による影響を補償するための出力
    を発生する温度センサとよりなる圧力センサに、前記固
    体圧力センサの検知した圧。 力信号と前記温度センサの検知した温度信号とを別々に
    圧力センサの外部に取出せる増幅回路を付設したことを
    特徴とする温度検出出力を併有する圧力センサ。
