Claims (1)
１３を支持し、これら各ピストン１５の頭部と斜板１９
とを付勢手段により常時対接させた液圧ポンプ１と、出
力軸２６に多数のピストン２４を備えたモータ回転体２
５を支持し、これら各ピストン２４の頭部と斜板２３と
を対接させた液圧モータ２とを１つのケーシング３内に
収納すると共に、上記液圧ポンプ１と液圧モータ２とを
閉回路５によって連結する一方、内周室６ａと外周室６
ｂとに区画された開放形のタンク６を上記・ ケーシ
ング３の上方に設けると共に、これら両室６ａ、６ｂの
一方を上記ケーシング３内へ、他方をチェック弁７を介
して上記閉回路５へそれぞれ連通させたことを特徴とす
