Claims (1)

った荷重を受ける軸受の改良であって、前記軸受地域の
半分であって又tよりも僅かに大きい厚さを有していて
、その内面の曲率半径がrよりも小さくかつrrよりも
大きく形成された第1の円周部分と、前記軸受地域の他
の半分であって第1の円周部分に対向していて、tより
も僅かに小さな厚さを有してその内面の曲率半径がrよ
りも大きな第2の円周部分とを備え、前記円筒状軸受地
域の前記第1及び第2の円周部分が、それぞれ裏打ち層
、中間層及び前記内面を有する最内側の鍍金層とからな
り、前記第1の円周部分が、前記軸頚部材に対し作動的
に配設されると共に前記異なった荷重のうちの高い方の
荷重を受け、又前記第2の円周部分が前記軸頚部材に対
して作動的に配設されると共に前記異なった荷重のうち
の低い方の荷重を受け、 前記軸受地域が前記裏打ち層、中間層及び最内側の鍍金
層からなる一対の対向した半円筒の二つ割り殻により定
められ、前記二つ割り殻の一つで前記第1の円周部分を
形成し、前記二つ割り殻の他の一つで前記第2の円周部
分を形成し、画工つ割り殻は互に対向すると共にっがう
ための端面を備えていて、そのつがいあった端面におい
て同一厚さを有する二つ割り殻型軸受。 2 前記第1の円周部分の少くとも中間層の厚さ′を前
記第2の円周部分の中間層の厚さよりも大きくして前記
両日周部分間に厚さの差を設けた実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の二つ割り殻型軸受。 3 中間層と鍍金層において前記第1の円周部分と第2
の円周部分が厚さを異にしており、かつ前記第2の円周
部分の鍍金層の厚さが第1の円周部分の鍍金層の厚さよ
りも大である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の二つ
割り殻型軸受。 4 第1の円周部分の前記各層の何れかに起る厚さの増
大及びそれに伴った半径の減少は、第2の胴部分の対応
した前記各層に起る厚さの減少及びそれに伴った半径の
増大に等しく正反対のものである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の二つ割り散型軸受。
