装置において、前記ノズル手段は同容的に配設された内
外２本のパイプを備え、前記内パイプと前記外パイプと
の間に第１水路が、前記内パイプ内に前記第水路とは液
密的に区画された第２水路が夫々形成され、前記ノズル
手段の先端に装架された噴出部には、前記第１水路と連
通ずる肛門用噴出口および前記第２水路と連通ずるビデ
