シ、７はスプリング、８はカーボンブラシ摩耗検出ロッ
ド、９は抵抗、１０は警報接点付きヒユーズ、１１はヒ
ユーズ、１２は接点、１３は制御回路、１４はフォトカ
プラ、１５は発光素子、１６は受光素子、１７は表示Ｌ
ＥＤである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カーボンブラシを有する電動機において、電機子と並列
    に抵抗を介してフォトカプラ発光部（入力）または発光
    ダイオードなどの発光素子を接続し、カーボンブラシに
    圧力を与えるスプリングがカーボンブラシ摩耗検出ロッ
    ドに接触した際、前記発光素子に電流が流れ、電気信号
    に変換し、さらにその光信号でフォトカプラの出力部（
    受光側）またはフォトトランジスタなどの受光素子を駆
    動して、カーボンブラシ摩耗信号を伝達し市電動機の停
    止カーボンブラシの交換要求の表示などの機能を有する
    カーボンブラシ摩耗検出回路。
