  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （ａ）　　合成樹脂製のボディと合成樹脂製のカバーの
    間に挾持された第１のダイヤフラム、 （ｂ）　　前記カバーと第１のダイヤフラムで形成され
    気化器のベンチュリ負圧あるいはこれに相当する負圧が
    導かれる負圧室、 （Ｃ）　　前記ボディと合成樹脂製のケースの間に挾持
    された第２のダイヤフラム、 （ｄ）　　前記第１のダイヤフラムと前記第２のダイヤ
    フラムで形成された大気圧室、 （ｅ）　　前記大気圧室に配置され前記第１のダイヤフ
    ラムと前記第２のダイヤフラムを固定的に連結するプレ
    ート、 （ｆ）　　前記カバーおよび前記第１ダイヤフラムの中
    央を挿通して前記大気圧室に一端が開口し他端が排気還
    流弁の負圧室に負圧信号を送る管路に接続された大気導
    入通路、 （ｇ）　　前記大気圧室内に配置され前記第２のダイヤ
    フラムを前記大気導入通路の前記大気圧室への開口部か
    ら遠ざける方向に付勢する圧縮はね、（ｈ）　　前記第
    ２のダイヤフラムに固定され前記大気導入通路の前記大
    気圧室への開口部を開閉するシート室、 （ｉ）　　前記第２のダイヤフラムと前記ケースとで形
    成され前記排気還流通路に設けた前記排気還流−弁の弁
