Claims (1)
- ホトインターラプタを使用したテープエンド検出回路に
おいて、ホトトランジスタの出力電圧の一部をコンパレ
ータの一人力に印加し、該コンパレータの十人力に印加
されている基準電圧との比較出力により前記ホトトラン
ジスタと対向して設けられた発光ダイオードと直列接続
されたスイッチングトランジスタを制御するように構成
したことを特徴とするテープエンド検出回路。
