クからなるリヤシートのシートクッション下面に第１シ
ート脚が回動自在に取付けられ、この第１シート脚は、
その前脚下端部がフロアパネルに回動自在に、また後脚
下端部がフロアパネルに離脱可能に支持されており、上
記シートバックが第１シートバツクと、第１シートバツ
クの裏面に配置されかつヒンジ結合された第２シートバ
ツクとで構成され、第１シートバツクの裏面には折りた
たみ自在の第２シート脚が取付けられ、該第２シート脚
はシートクッションの前方移動によってシートクッショ
ンと第１シートバツクとでクッション部が形成されたと
きにフロアパネルに係止される係止部を備えており、上
記第２シートバツクは車体サイドパネル係止されて第２
シートバツクを起立状態に保持するシートバック係止部
