At the tip of the drill, a chip discharge groove is formed along the axial direction of the drill, and the chip discharge groove is formed at an angle of approximately 90° with respect to the center of the drill when viewed from the bottom of the drill, and includes one side surface defining the chip discharge groove. A notch in the axial direction of the drill is formed in the tip of the drill in a range of approximately 180° around the center of the drill when viewed from the bottom of the drill, and the other side defining the chip evacuation groove and the tip of the drill are formed. A cutting edge and a chip breaker wall are formed on the ridge between the ridge line and the width of the cut along the ridge line and in the axial direction of the drill. 1.
