Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to make the partition at the strainer section movable by providing an integrated strainer and pump fixing foot at the suction port of pump. CONSTITUTION:Fixing feet 11 are provided at the suction port of pump impeller 2 to be driven through a motor 1, while partition boards 15 are provided in grid together with the fixing holes 12 to constitute a strainer section 14. The pump is secured to said feet 11 to filter the water through the strainer section 14 and to suck through the suction port 8. Consequently, conventional strainer is not required resulting in reduction of the number of parts.

FIGS. 1 and 2 are a plan view and a sectional view of a conventional water pump. (1) is a motor and is fixed to the uke (4) with a motor fixing screw (6). The motor shaft (5) is
4) is passed through the air hole Ql, and the blade (2) is attached to the penetrated part. The casing (3) is attached to the housing (4) by casing attachment screws (7). The pump is fixed by inserting the suction port (8) of the casing (3) into the fixing hole 0 of the fixing leg αυ. A strainer is installed around the fixed foot αυ to prevent foreign matter from getting stuck in the pump.

In addition, since the casing (3) has an inverted conical shape, the pump itself is unstable, and the pump always requires a fixed foot αυ, and a strainer Q to prevent pump jamming.
3 was also needed. For this reason, there were drawbacks such as a large number of parts to be attached to the bomb and high cost.
