Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸受を軸に装着するための固定用スリーブと、この固定
    用スリーブに螺合するスリーブナツトと、軸に嵌合する
    間座と、この間座、前記のスリーブナツト、固定用スリ
    ーブを介して軸受を予圧するための油圧機構とを備えた
    軸受の取付装置において、前記の固定用スリーブは、そ
    の固定時においても相手部材である軸との間で隙間が生
    ずるような内径寸法を有する隙間保持内径面と、前記隙
    間保持内径面に連続し固定用スリーブの固定時には締り
    ばめとなるような内径寸法を有する固定内径面と、前記
    固定内径面に連続し相手部材であ゛　　る軸の段部に対
    応して設けられた周溝状の油ポケツト部と、前記油ポケ
    ツト部に連続する隙間形成内径面と、軸方向の中央部に
    位置する油圧用の油室と、この油室および前記周溝状の
    油ポケツト部に導通ずる油溝と、一端側の外径部に設け
    られたねじ部とを備え、前記固定用スリーブのねじ部に
    螺合するねじ部を有するスリーブナツトは、内側面に前
    記固定用スリーブと協働してＯリングを装着するための
    Ｏリング画定部と、スキマ保持内径面とを備え、スリー
    ブナツトの側面に接する間座は軸の長さに応じた長さと
    一部の内径面は軸とゆるい嵌合するはめあい面とを備え
    、軸受に予圧を加える油圧機構は、軸のねじ部に螺合す
    るねじ部と、前記の押圧用スリーブに係合する溝部と前
    記の溝部に導通ずる圧油供給孔とを有する油圧ナツトと
    、前記の油圧ナツトの溝部に係合し、その内周部と外周
    部にはそれぞれＯリングを備え、一方の側面（↓圧油供
    給時には前記間座の側面を押圧するように形成された押
    圧用スリーブとを備え、前　□記の固定用スリーブを軸
    に固定後、この固定用スリーブ以外の前記部材はすべて
    除去することを特徴とする軸受の取付装置。
