交換器本体の下側のタンクの上端部に設けた抜気管に一
端を接続し途中に電磁開閉弁を設けた通気管と、上記コ
ア部の風上側と風下側とに設はコア部通過前後の冷却用
空気の温度を検出する第一、第巨の温度センサと、熱交
換器本体内に送り込まれる高温流体の温度を検出する第
三の温度センサと、第一、第二、第三の各温度センサか
らの信号が入力され、第三の温度センサが検知する高温
流体の温度が一定値以上でしかも第一、第二の温度セン
サが検知するコア部通過前後の空気の温度が一定値以下
の場合にのみ、前記電磁開閉弁を開く信号を出す制御器
