第１図は従来のヒユーズに用いられるヒユーズエレメン
ト形状の一例を示す図、第２図は従来のヒユーズにおけ
る電圧波形と電流波形の関係を示す波形図、第３図ａは
細隙型ヒユーズにおける電゛圧波形と電流波形の関係を
示す波形図、第３図すは第３図ａにおける細隙型ヒユー
ズのエレメントの長さを短（した場合の電圧波形と電流
波形の関係を示す波形図、第４図はこの考案における限
流ヒユーズのエレメントの一実施例の構成を示ス図、第
５図は第４図における限流ヒユーズの電圧波形と電流波
形の関係を示す波形図である。
図において、２はエレメント、２ａは第１の断面縮小部
、２ｂは第２の断面縮小部、２ｃは他の部分、Ａは電圧
波形、Ｂは電流波形、ｔｏは短絡開始時点、ｔｌはエレ
メント溶断時点、ｔｅは短絡 −電流しゃ断時点
を示す。尚、各図中同一符号はそれぞれ同−又は相当部
